Spring Cohort:  April/May 2022

Based on the popularity of this course last fall, we are bringing it back this spring. Developed by Dr. Laurie Mischley specifically for our members, this self-guided, video-based program offers participants the opportunity to:

  • Understand nutritional research data and its impact on PD
  • Learn how progression is influenced by our nutrition choices
  • Explore how eating differently can help slow progression

Between April 1 and May 10 - Move through the video courses at your own pace.

Members who register for the program are invited to participate in a LIVE, virtual, two-hour capstone session with Dr. Mischley where she'll share additional research insights and answer questions from members. This session will be held on May 10 at 7pm EDT.

YOPN Members that register for this program will have complimentary access to the course through May 30th.
