NOVEMBER 2024 - SEVENTH EDTION

The YOPN's November Challenge invites the Parkinson's community to embrace growth, resilience, and connection through a month of reflection, support, and self-compassion. We're challenging everyone to exercise, get moving, and set personal goals while sharing experiences to empower themselves and others, fostering a sense of community and strengthening the collective journey with Parkinson's.
