Prime PD HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

April 2, 2022 - 11:00 AM EDT (8:00 AM PDT)

Get ready to sweat at this LIVE, virtual high intensity Rock Steady Boxing class with YOPN's partner Prime PD. Taught by Prime PD Head Coach Stacey Macaluso, this class will incorporate high intensity interval training to work on cardio, strength, and flexibility.
