About Jeremy Likness

Jeremy Likness is a software development product manager at Microsoft with decades of experience building enterprise software. He was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease in 2020 and began advocating almost immediately. Jeremy launched "Strength in Weakness" (www.strengthwithparkinsons.com) to record his PD journey as he tackles burpee challenges, summits glacier-covered peaks, plays virtual reality, advocates to congress and takes photos of deep space. After launching the podcast "You, me, and PD" with his wife, Doreen, Jeremy joined the board of directors for YOPN, became a member of the leadership team for his company's disability-focused employee resource group and partnered with Microsoft's inclusive tech lab to provide feedback for assistive technology. Jeremy lives on the Oregon coast with his wife, dog, cat, and a lot of rain.
