About Andrea Useem RN  - Andrea is the Clinical Specialist for Abbott deep brain stimulation (DBS), covering Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. In this role, she provides support and education for people before, during and after DBS surgery.  A former ICU nurse, Andrea works directly with patients, caregivers, neurologist, Movement Disorder Specialists and neurosurgeons to ensure the best possible outcome for DBS patients.
